As General Contractor, Ironwood Commercial Builders, Inc. self-performed the replacement of failing exterior stucco on building 836 with a new EIFS system.  ICBI oversaw multiple subcontractors performing various trades and performed contract administration requirements that included P6 scheduling, quality control and site safety and health. ICBI also worked with the EIFS manufacturer (PAREX) and the USACE to deliver an alternative value engineered solution to the traditional stucco system originally specified.
