As the general contractor of the 8,000 sq. ft. high-bay office-warehouse, multi-unit design-build project, Ironwood Commercial Builders, Inc. performed energy efficient tenant improvements beginning with the building envelope design. ICBI managed subcontractors roofing system, electrical, security systems, data cabling, and mechanical and HVAC integration.
ICBI self-performed the installation of all doors and windows, special flooring and covering, wall systems, finishes, carpentry, cabinetry and finish carpentry. Systems included an air-tight building envelope designed to promote a greener more energy efficient building. The ICBI team worked closely with the owner to finish ahead of schedule and exceeded expectations.
