Ironwood Commercial Builders, Inc. executed a 3,000 square-foot tenant improvement project for the General Services Administration for the United States District Courts. As the prime contractor, ICBI managed and coordinated with subcontractors and the design team regularly to ensure that construction complies with the approved design. The project scope of work included demolition, framing and drywall, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, fire sprinklers, telecommunications, and doors and hardware. Additional work included security requirements associated with ballistic walls integrated throughout the extensive millwork and casework.
